I’m passionate about spreading the word on the importance of good oral health—not just for a bright smile but for overall well-being. The mouth is the gateway to the body, and maintaining a healthy mouth can lower the risk of cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and even dementia. It’s incredible how something as simple as good oral hygiene can profoundly impact general health!

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing patients take on board my tailored advice and make real changes to their oral health. There’s nothing better than witnessing their progress and knowing I’ve helped them on their journey to a healthier smile.

Beyond the dental chair, I love sharing oral health tips on social media as @the_helpful_hygienist. This allows me to reach and educate people from all walks of life, giving them the knowledge to improve their oral health no matter where they are.

When I’m not looking at teeth or talking about them, you’ll likely find me running or staying active—especially walking my two energetic black Labradors, Rigby and Rocket. They certainly keep me on my toes!
